Can I get a refund?

Because all Northgrade products are delivered as instant digital downloads, refunds, returns, and exchanges are not permitted under any circumstances once a purchase is completed and the files have been delivered.

This policy exists to protect our creators and prevent digital misuse.

License & Usage

Purchasing any Northgrade digital product grants you a personal-use license.

You may add a commercial-use license at checkout (located in the cart drawer).

Without the commercial-use add-on, products are licensed for personal use only.

Under all licenses:

Redistribution, resale, sharing, or transferring files to anyone else is strictly prohibited.

You may not upload LUTs, presets, or assets to any platform for others to download.

You may not incorporate our products into any competing product or preset pack.
